Best Western Plus Olympic Inn

This is our favorite hotel in Klamath Falls.. however.. We just stayed there and the cleanliness has declined.. visibly. The room smelled like a swimming pool, so much bleach had been used we wondered what was being covered up! And the bathroom floor did not, apparently, get the bleach treatment. The halls and stairs needed vacuumed. The main floor needed mopped. The room was very comfortable, once we left the window open for a couple of hours while we were out. And the breakfast was delicious, as always. We smelled several other rooms that got the "Bleach Treatment", as we walked down the hall, and hoped they were vacant so the smell could go away. Sad to see such a nice place not being taken care of.

I love Best Western hotels for their friendliness and convenience. On our way from Crater Lake National Park to Lassen Volcanic National Park, I found The Best Western Plus at Klamath Falls and I didn't hesitate to choose it. It didn't fail me. The hotel is in a very convenient and quite location; the room, clean and comfortable ; the staff, very warm and friendly; the breakfast, many choices. We can tell that the hotel is striving to provide a very comfortable and pleasant stay to their customers. We highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Hotel Lobby was clean, smelled good, and looked good. Check In staff was wonderful, cookies and milk at 8 PM was great for the family. Breakfast in the morning was great and good selection. Coffee, tea and water all day as well. Negative: ""

This was a great stop on a long drive with kids. the room, 2 queen beds, was clean and affordable. The breakfast was fulfilling and had every option from make your own waffles, to biscuits and gravy which was really good gravy. But the best part was the espresso/cappuccino/cafe late machine for coffee. in the evening they served cookies and mik which was a pleasant treat for the whole family.

This place really is a great place to stay. The staff is great, the lobby is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Downside, heaven help you if you're in one of the rooms on the backside of the hotel facing the neighborhood. It's like tractor pulls mixed with the Great Value brand Fast and Furious overlaid with a 90's music revival concert. Edit: meh, you folks deserve a 5 it's not your fault. See you again.
