Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath Falls Central by IHG

My husband, toddler and myswlf stayed at this hotel this week due to a family emergency in town. Its only 3 or 4 miles from the hospital and appeared to be one of the nicer/cleaner hotels in town based off pictures. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sylvia, who was so kind and on top of everything. She really made the stay great! The rooms are modern and clean, great service, with really kind staff. Plus it's reasonably close to the hospital.

Holiday Inn Central in Klamath Falls was an excellent overnight choice. Welcoming and helpful staff, super clean and comfortable beds and rooms. It is a very updated and well-maintained hotel and we highly recommend it.

Please give Tamara a raise! I checked out at 5 a.m., and she was incredibly warm and kind, she asked whether I had something to eat and prepared a lovely to-go breakfast for me. It truly made my day, and I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again!

The customer service was outstanding. Every team member was friendly and making sure I had whatever I needed. All areas of the hotel were clean and pleasant to be in. The room was spacious and had all the necessities I could want. Grateful that the workout room had cardio equipment and free weights. Lots of restaurant options and shopping nearby.

Quiet and very clean hotel. Parking was limited but wasn’t an issue when we visited. Very friendly staff. We loved the new coffee machine. Pretty fancy! Would stay here again if we’re in Klamath Falls.
