Super 8 by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at super 8's before. This was definitely ran by slumlords. Let me start with four roaches in my room during the day with the lights on. That's how you know you really have a problem. Then we had to move rooms because it was so bad. Then the next room had no heat. Majority of the rooms didn't have heat that I was informed the door had a gap about 2 in open on the bottom so all the cold air was coming through. We went down there unfortunately when Orlando had that horrible cold front so it was below 30°. I asked for a space heater. They said they weren't getting any till tomorrow so I waited all day. They didn't bring us one so I asked around 4:00 if they were going to have space heater. He said he would bring it down and up bringi

I am a frequent guest at Wyndham properties and have always appreciated the reputation the brand carries. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this locations did not meet the standards I have come to expect. While I understand this was a lower-tier property, that should translate to fewer amenities—not unsafe or poor-quality conditions.||The website photos portrayed a clean, updated room with modern bedding and surfaces. At first glance upon check-in, the room appeared consistent with those images. It is very affordable and a great location to all the attractions. The staff was very nice. For being so close to a very busy road, it is in a quiet area. We didn't see any people hanging around who didn't belong there. Having the Super 8 across the street from Walmart Supercenter, was a plus. The pool looked refreshing. However, we were not able to enjoy it because it was raining. We stayed 2 nights. Everything was newer, previously renovated, and it looks nice. Our air conditioner was working fine. Rooms have a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. The furniture is newer and looks nice. There is a safe installed I would definitely stay again because of the value, the location , good staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE Seems like my original review is getting removed and replaced with paid good reviews! We chose this hotel for its cheap prices and closeness to Disney. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy IT being a Super 8 but I expected at THE least cleanliness. The couch cushions had questionable stains and upon opening up the couch we found a variety of crumbs and whatever else (pictured). We looked around for sheets and after realizing there were no extra sheets in the room, we were told by the front desk that we had to come and get them. While at the desk, I brought up my concerns of the cleanliness to the clerk and he just stared at me and asked if I needed anything other than the sheets. The sheets that didn’t even fit. Also no extra blankets, comforters and definitely no extra tow

Positive: The check in guy was nice, good location Negative: We had empty/used toiletries the towels were tiny hand towels., the breakfast selection was HORRIBLE. Like worst I have ever personally seen. And the lady at the front desk when we checked out was a butthole.
