5 stars for price, clean beds, clean enough rooms, clean towels, and leaving u alone if u dont need anything. Pool. 20 minutes from airport, sea world and discovery cove. Old town was cool. Should have walked across road sooner. 711 block away. Great food in same parking lot. Every food cart for pretty much everywhere in the world across road. If u need a clean room at very reasonable price, this is an excellent spot.

Positive: I did not like anything about the hotel. Negative: The bathroom floor and shower had mold growing. “Breakfast” was a granola bar.When checking in I was charged an additional non refundable 30.00 for service fees.

Worst experience I've ever had. I needed to cancel the reservation less than 24 hours after purchase, I requested the cancellation and the place ignored my 5 messages. They ignored my messages, didn't cancel the reservation, and didn't refund my money. I do not recommend them.

The room we stayed in wasn't clean. The shower looked nasty, and looked like it had some sort of mold or water damage in the corners. Bathroom fan wouldn't turn on, the provided hair dryer wouldn't turn on. During our three nights here, nobody came in to do housekeeping. The trash was never emptied and the beds weren't made. Only good things are the location (a few minutes away from Disney World) and free breakfast. For breakfast, it's just typical American breakfast food; toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee.

Currently staying here and stuck here for three more nights…. I truly wish I could go somewhere else, my room is so dated and dirty, I’m pretty sure there’s dried blood on the curtains, it smells like mold and mildew. I can see that mold has been painted over in various spots in my room. Breakfast consists of a granola bar and coffee… they will also surprise you with a “resort” fee even though it’s not a resort. $10 a day….. I called ahead of time to check for extra fees and was told only the $100 deposit…. Nothing about a resort fee. The gentleman at the front desk has been very pleasant but that’s been the only positive. I will not be staying here ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else, I only stayed here because of a work discount.
