Super 8 by Wyndham Hudson

The room stunk super bad. It felt dirty and the tables were sticky. The shower hurt so bad. The pressure sucked. It was too powerful it literally was pelting my body. Will never stay here again. Ps the breakfast sucks. Staff was friendly but slow.

I have stayed at several hotels/motels in Hudson, WI over the years, for our yearly family reunion. The facilities have always let us use the empty breakfast room in the evening to sit and play cards. This particular hotel wanted to charge us between $20- $40 /hour to use the room. Our family is renting at least 12 rooms, each for 2 nights. We will be choosing a different hotel next year. The common areas have garbage overflowing. There is never anyone at the front desk; you have to call them, and clearly, it's a bother to take care of guests. Vending machine eats your money; no process to recover lost money. Corners of our room were dirty; bits of pretzels from a previous guest, dust, fur balls.

Staff: The front desk only comes when you call from the desk phone. He acted like ẁe bothered him calling him to the from desk. The house staff was friendly and helpful. Room: Very dirty! From big balls of hair in the bath, to carpet and hard surfaces badly needing cleaning. Daily Cleaning/Room Prep: I came back to my room late afternoon to find out the bed had not been made or any cleaning of the items mentioned above. I asked at the front desk. His response... "We don't do that until you leave. " I showed him the Room placard that stated beds would be made daily and cleaning/towels upon request. Noise: The people in the room above mine had children running in the Room and up and down the halls banging and throwing things nonstop. At 10:45 pm I called the office. He said he didn't know wh

The bed was very uncomfotable, I felt like I was sleeping on rocks. ||The bed spread was stained. Minimal continental breakfast only offed Bagels toast oatmeal waffles muffins and yogurt no.other hot items or cereal or fruitSlow checking process.

I grew up in Hudson but haven't been back in 20 years. The motel has grown along with the city and now has a pool, hot tub, and a big breakfast area with plenty to choose from for a tasty and nutritious breakfast! I liked my stay here so much that I stayed an extra 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and compassionate with me when I lost my wallet and needed some time to get my financial system resolved with my bank back on the west coast. Very kind and courteous! I will definitely stay here again. I also appreciate the spot reserved for veterans as close to the door as one can park.
