River Hill Inn & Suites

We (myself, my husband and our teenage son) were guests for two weeknights at this wonderful hotel recently and I absolutely cannot say enough good things regarding everything about our 2-night stay. We were welcomed and checked in by our favorite staff member/front desk associate, Mika. From the beginning Mika was super friendly, helpful, accommodating and just all around a cool person. The property itself is in a great location if you ask me, it’s very clean and sanitary, and organized and nice in appearance on the outside and inside. There’s a large-ish dining room with breakfast ready morning which was of course very appreciated. The room was a nice size, very clean, smelled nice and clean, nowhere in the building or even outside did it smell like smoke or have garbage laying aroun

DO NOT STAY. Found a condom wrapper in the bed. When I called the front desk, I was confronted by a employee that made it seem like it was my fault. Got into a shouting match at midnight with the front desk person.

Stated kid friendly on the advisory; this was not the case. No cribs or pack and plays available for our infant

There were a bunch of ants by the jacuzzi when we had came into the hotel room the first morning

Found used condom in room when packing stuff the next morning. Very disgusting
