Super 8 by Wyndham High Point/Greensboro

My family & I stayed here when we had pipes burst. Unfortunately, there was a sporting event in town & the hotel was booked the following days so we had to find somewhere else to stay. They were so helpful and patient; giving us unlimited time to get all of our stuff moved from the lobby. They even accommodated my mom & 2 children, letting them hang out in the lobby so my mom could use her oxygen & boys could rest. I can’t say enough kind words about the staff here.

Shockingly bad. My expectations were very low and they managed to do far worse than I could have imagined. 3 night stay, television did not work after checkin. Notified desk and they made no attempts to rectify the situation. Simply said too bad can't fix it. The bed cover had multiple cigarette burns and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase pillows and sheets from walmart. Entering the hallway you are faced with a wall of cigarette and marijuana smoke. To each their own but as a non smoker in a hotel with signs promoting no smoking, it made for a very poor experience. The elevator broke on the 2nd day of the stay which made staying on the 3rd floor very difficult as I had numerous work bags to carry up and down from the room. Again the staff made no attempts to

As a Travel Hospice Nurse and Travel Agent, I have to have a safe and quiet space to relax and do work. This hotel is in a very safe and quiet area. The staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms just need to be updated as well as choices for breakfast. Otherwise a nice play to stay.

Was only able to stay one night as the place was falling apart (we had planned to stay a week) . I do admit the front desk clerk was excellent. But the room left a lot to be desired. Bathroom vanity all draws broken and water logged, shower head missing parts. Windows won't close, AC very noisy, Breakfast was good.

Our stay here during the High Point furniture show was easy and pleasant. With our own car, the drive into town took just 10/15 minutes. The hotel was inviting and helpful. Sam, especially provided a favor above and beyond her job description when I left an important book behind and she mailed it back to me at home. It was a great inconvenience to her but she was so kind and accommodating.
