Hotel Review for Springhill Hotel, High Point, NC I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new Springhill Hotel in High Point, NC, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, providing me with all the information I needed for my stay. One standout aspect of my visit was the breakfast experience. The breakfast staff, particularly Sarah, were exceptional! They ensured that the buffet was well-stocked and clean, all while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. This hotel is so new it didn't even show up the first time I looked for stay options. It opened in October 2025 and my stay was during the first week of November 2025.||This hotel was fairly easy to get to but had weird vibes along the route - one moment you're on the highway, then you're in this area that's basically one very large, very manicured, very gated college (High Point University) and then suddenly you're downtown...but it's a ghost town. Oh look, and here's the hotel. Weird and harmless, but strange. ||There's nothing wrong with most Springhill Suites, but let me tell you - this felt far more elevated than your average Springhill. Brand spanking new (Oct 2025?) and still has that new car smell. The rooms are very nice, large with plenty of storage, surfaces,outlets and charging outlets. The staff were very pleasant. It’s in a convenient location and easy to find and accessible. There is outdoor space w/ fireplace and patios. Conference rooms and several seating-lounge areas.

By far the best hotel, short customer service experience I have had! Beautiful fully renovated hotel, spacious suites with a super comfy bed, up to date finishings, nice large gym, tons of places to sit and hang out, watch TV, read a book, whatever! Oh and a fantastic complimentary breakfast that will NOT leave you hungry! Then there is the staff! Every single person that works there will do any and everything they can to accommodate your needs, and they do it with a smile and fantastic attitude! We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed for 1 night…we live close to the hotel, like walking distance close 😂 and we wanted an opportunity to stay there to see what this place is all about (and get away from kids for a bit). Everything and everyone was top-notch! If you’re a lover of blending modern style with historic architecture then you’ll gag over this place! After enjoying the delicious breakfast buffet, we spent awhile upstairs in the mezzanine admiring the interior design elements. The room was clean and modern! The smart tv accommodated all of our streaming services and doubled as a Bluetooth speaker…those that stay in hotels often will appreciate this feature 🤩. Staff was FAB, especially Brian at the front desk. I also want to mention how much I appreciate the QR code tipping option which allow
