Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisburg Hershey North

Horrible customer service, unclean, room looked like something out of a crime tv show. We told the front desk attendant that we were not going to spend the night, we weren’t rude and told her it was our mistake. We personally did not feel comfortable staying the night, the beds were completely in line with the peephole of the door and could be seen from the outside. She then proceeded to question us about why in an unprofessional and attitude filled manner saying it was a “budget hotel”. Just because you are on a budget doesn't mean you should have to sacrifice your health standards and basic respect. Will never book here again.

I was drawn to this Super 8 because of the reasonable price relative to other hotels in the area. Next time, I will gladly pay more and stay elsewhere. Even though I had checked in online, the manager himself made me redo the process upon arrival. The hotel is dirty and the room was even dirtier. The hardwood steps that lead upstairs from the lobby had splash marks that simply dried over the weekend. The hall carpet was stained. When I arrived, the carpet in my room was covered in debris. It had not been vacuumed. The table service was sticky with beverage rings from a previous guest. The tissue holder was empty. There were no plastic or paper cups in the room to even swallow an aspirin. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There was NO MAID SERVICE. The bed stayed unmade,

no buisness center given room w 2 beds one was broken cable tv had no sound for local channels front desk shuttles between propertys i will not stay here again.

If you put in perspective the ratio Price/room it’s good This is why my 5 stars No nothing fancy no view of à lake with swan! It’s a hotel room comfort bed Clean is ok not much but ok. No bed bugs no rats it’s fine 👍

Positive: Honestly I have to say that nothing about it was the best Negative: It was dingy carpets are disgusting and old looking, the heating unit is full of black dust . Breakfast is no where near how it was represented ..
