Super 8 by Wyndham Fredericksburg

Gorgeous inside rooms, can tell they are hard at work to keep it looking great! Few minor issues, toilet wobbly, just needs a tighten, hair dryers I was told in process of being upgraded, was not working, shower curtain at a slight angle, so dose not stay fully closed. One minor issue would be nice would to have a place to set luggage, wife's pregnant so has difficulty bending over to floor sometimes. Would return for additional stays, less than 10 min walk to Nimitz museum, few selections for breakfast, but still more offered than majority of other places. Would recommend!

I am moving to Fredericksburg and have stayed in, at least 10 hotels in the city limits, and I am a Marriott Platinum member. This Super 8 is the best deal you can get for the price. The rooms have been updated and the location is convenient to anything one might be interested in. This property is clean and for the price it is an amazing value. But, the most important part of your stay, will be conditioned by this one fact: If you need anything or if anything goes wrong, you won't find better customer service anywhere. Hotel management is courteous, polite and friendly and focused on the customer. I love this place

The room was updated & clean. I liked the look for a Super 8. The beds & pillows were super soft & comfortable. Basic grab & go breakfast. Not your usual hotel breakfast.|However, some things needed swapping out. Like the microwave, lamps & toilet paper holder were rusted or rusting. The outside look can use a bit more TLC to match the look of the updated rooms.|The staff at the front desk was polite. Housekeeping not so much. Barely speaks when you greet them good morning or say hello.|Good location. Restaurants, wineries and Walmart near by.

Queen beds aren't actually queens, so that sucked and only 2 towels for 4 people, parking is terrible as the spots aren't big enough BUT the staff was friendly and helpful , we were there for our Uncle's memorial service, so we only needed a place to sleep for the night. A little expensive but that's Fredericksburg for you. Would definitely stay again as a last minute option.

I was supposed to just be passing through this area on the way to Austin this past weekend. However, was derailed by the huge ice storm. I ended up staying here for 2-nights last minute. This place has wonderful, caring and kind staff. Mike, his son and staff were incredibly helpful while i was trying to deal with getting my camper trailer towed. My dog and I felt welcomed and cared for. I recommend staying here next time you visit Fredericksburg. You won’t be disappointed! 10 ⭐️s!!
