Super 8 by Wyndham Fayetteville

I had to find the housekeeper to borrow a broom because the floor was pure filth! Not even sure when they was cleaned last. The beds was hard as a rock I ended up borrowing cleaning supplies from a relative I was there to visit leaving thr room much cleaner than it was when I arrived but they still kept my deposit

Room cleanliness is low. But front desk is extremely rude. Caused no problems and received my deposit back with attitude. No late check out granted. Wyndham doesn't matter.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. $50 deposit required for a $60 room reservation that's already paid for. Rooms are dirty and ALL STINK OF CIGARETTES. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. DISGUSTING.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have noticed a steady decline in cleanness customer service to a point to where it should be inhabitable we’re talking needles in the parking lot heated pool not working med in the shower and bathroom bad smell in the rooms

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. The room was filthy with cigarette burns on the furniture and blood stains all over the place. And I tried to cancel before hand and the guy at the front desk just swiped my and card as I said to cancel and told me it was to late.
