Super 8 by Wyndham El Dorado

The front desk employee was rude and racist. She seen brown skin and was addressing us as " Mexicans" thats gross behavior. She had no care to assist in any concern I had. No care to fix my stay that they messed up. She booked a room in my name then said they couldn't refund it charged me 2x for 1 room then refused to fix it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ALL HUMANS INTERACTIONS I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL WERE RUDE, RACIST AND UNHELPFUL!!!!!!!

Great stay nice friendly people . Very clean peaceful. Parking lot is nice too. Staff very helpful and nice. The rooms was clean and comfortable, pillows nice and fluffy. Bathroom was very clean and nice. I really enjoyed my stay. 10/10 see you soon!

Salt of the earth people who work there but very expensive if your visiting family I suggest trying to find someone to stay with. I couldn't stay long enough with my grand grand because the prices were higher than Los Angeles and NY. Just to stay in a little town no one is really in 165 a night!!!! I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel in Vegas for that. Thank you for the expensive stay☺️

Positive: Comfy beds Negative: Upstairs felt like the building was swaying, drawers kept slamming opening on their own, and you will get a contact high just walking through. Moved downstairs, the toilet ran all night keeping my whole family awake. Waste of money to stop and rest.

Showed up this morning around 5am after a siz hour drive. The receptionist girl was nowhere to be found. After 15 mins we called the hotel and woke her from her slumber she came out of a door to the side red faced and yawning. The told me she didn't know how to check me in that early. I come from hotels. We don't offer day use rooms? I chose Wyndham because I genuinely love the hotels and even have a membership. This is ridiculous to be turned away by someone taking a nap behind the desk because she can't do her job.
