Super 8 by Wyndham Crystal Lake

I’ve been staying here for a couple of weeks while I have some work done on my house. I have had a great experience. I have some disabilities so I needed a handicapped room. The room was great!! Very clean!!! Queen size bed along with a comfortable chair to sit and watch tv. They also have a desk and chair in the room also. Along with a frige and a microwave. The bathroom was very clean and spacious!! Housekeeping comes by every day to clean the room unless you post the sign outside your door saying room service is not needed. Housekeeping makes the bed and changes the sheets and gives you fresh towels and washcloths. They also take out any garbage and sweep the floor. Housekeeping does a great job!! We flew in for a family wedding. It was Labor Day weekend and there was a MC rally so lodging was at a premium. We were able to book here and they allowed us to register early so we could make the wedding in time. The room was clean and the place was quiet. If you want vip accommodations this isn’t it it, but|It was a great deal and the personnel was courteous. I recommend it as a great place to stay, everything was close by and it did the trick|For us. Would definitely would stay again.

My overall stay here was comfortable and well managed. Staff interactions were professional and consistent. Service delivery remained steady during my visit. It was a dependable place to stay.

We had a 2- night stay and found the room and lobby clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and quite adequate for the price. The check-in was efficient. The only problem was a towel shortage (we had 3 adults and needed 3 sets, but had to do with 2). Overall, a pleasant stay for the price.
