if i could give NO STAR i would. the room here isn’t that bad at all but my mom is staying here.. she’s handicapped and called the location to stay for 2 weeks. she told them she was handicapped and would need a room downstairs because she can’t go up stairs.. she was polite about it and they said they would be willing to do that for her. she gets there and they make her stay in a room that’s upstairs.. her key card wasn’t working so i went up front with her and had to ring the bell because nobody was up front. me and my girlfriend were greeted with nothing and instead immediately yelled at for trying to get it working real quick for my mom. she was in the car right outside and he refused to fix it for me real quick.. he said i had to get my mom for a new set of keys… what set of keys? i w

These people are unhonorable and disrespectful. I would not trust them at all. They have a scam going. I was caught in the middle of it. First let me say the whole building smelled like weed, and there was music playing from the time we got there and kids crying. Since it seems alot of people live in this place not stay a night or 2. So we got in at 11ish, walked in our room(room 207 so you know if you get the same room) opened the curtains. Saw the cracked window, thought hmmm the must be on there to get fixed list. We layed down went to bed. Woke up left, we didn't even shower or use anything. No breakfast we wanted out we were 5 hours from home. Down the road I notice a charge for 300.00 dollars and for 50.00 dollars so I call. They proceed to tell me when I call I'm being charged for a

Staying at this place was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in life. The issues started when we arrived. I was given the option to complete the check in process prior to arriving at this location. I did go online and complete the process only to be told by the check in person there was no information provided. I moved on from there only to get into the room and come in contact with a dead bug, cookies on the sofa, a molded ceiling in the bathroom and dingy bath tub & shower curtain. The hotel clearly was not prepared to receive guests from out of time. In closing, I want to add we did not feel safe at this establishment because the door in which we used to get to our room was not secured throughout the entire Stay. Needless, to say I will never stay at this location or any Super 8

Do not book a room at this hotel. The lobby smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk in. The staff is quite rude and will insult you with racial slurs. They also use abusive and foul language. Expect to be charged an additional deposit of $50 after you have already paid for your room.
