Nice room! Very spacious however the a/c took all nite too cool off the room. And no hot water in sink shower or spa. Reported to front desk and was told they had to reset system there are so many people here wait 30 minutes and try hot water again. Did so … no hot water at all in the room. Checked out and mentioned all these concerns and all she had to say is I’m sorry we don’t normally have these problems. Not impressed at all. If you rent a room here check the hot water

Love that the pool is year-round, the hot tub is great as well. Everything is kept very clean. The staff is wonderful, specifically Jennifer at the front desk and Gigi, one of the cleaners. Everyone had great attitudes and even had recommendations on places to go!

The staff was great … nice greeting and helpful. My concern is the condition of the room, primarily the bathroom. The shower head was nasty and the curved shower rod dipped so far down that the door would hit it when trying to close … which caused the curtain to droop allowing water to escape and drench the shower rug and floor. Some small things like this can make a hotel stay very disappointing, The overall condition of the room was not great. I can only assume that the other rooms here were in the same condition. Having a good maintenance person thoroughly take care of these kinds of issues is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. The area is perfect—safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed. The pool was fantastic, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. On top of it all, the rooms were spotless and very well maintained. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again!
