Days Inn by Wyndham Burleson Ft. Worth

This property is a Dump and even though Reservation was made through Hotels.com I was switched into 2 double beds from a King Bed I paid for. Property had at least 60 rooms and only 8 vehicles in parking lot. Was Given an upstairs room upon complaint and it had no working AC . Front Desk / Owner gave me key back to original Dump Room with 2 Double beds to teach me a lesson. There should be Laws to Protect Consumers and Hotels.com should do a better job of selecting properties to partner with. 0 Stars but had to select one to post

First, when I got there, no one was at desk. I called out and no one came out. I had to pound on Manager's door, then he came out saying he was on the conputer and didn't hear the door. I asked for the non-smoking room that I booked. The Manager told that I booked a smoking room and that he didn't have any more non-smoking rooms available. I'm not a smoker and I NEVER book smoking rooms but I went ahead and took it. When I got to the room, the stench was almost unbearable. I would have gone back and demanded a room change but I was already running late for my event. I sprayed disinfectant and perfume and it still did nothing to cover it up. I also noticed a "sink" or dip in the middle of the bed but again I didn't have time to address it. When I returned I decided to make the best of it

Worked for what I needed it for. No frills.

Check in was so fast and easy. Workers were very kind and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very clean. I was speechless when I got the our room. It was so clean and so big. There was a lot more space then normal hotels rooms. I was very happy with the hotel!!

This place is absolutely garbage thought the ceiling in bathroom was gonna fall on me the ants had a colony made behind the mirror in the bathroom the sheets had cig holes in them the breakfast was like being in jail not much 2 choose from talked to house keeping about getting ant killer said be right back never came back went to the office said there is nothing they can do for us save ur money
