Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeport/Clarksburg Area

The room was clean and everything was in fair shape. Internet was also stable. However, it's obnoxious to have the heat off entirely to the room. It was not a warm day and because it's a motel, your room door is to the outside. Took a few hrs before the room reached a reasonable temperature. I planned on showering once I got to the room, but it was to cold for me to even want too. Breakfast is basically, but that is common nowadays. Don't let breakfast be your determinating factor to stay her. Could I stay here again, sure but come on. When you travel a level of comfort is desired from the place you're going to sleep at and rest.

Our ground floor king room was clean, adequate, and odor free, with parking outside the door. Everything worked. Fine for a one-night stay, and a good value. The breakfast was disappointing, with waffles and beverages as the only selection (2 waffle machines available).

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, air worked well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our curtains had a gap and the woman at the front desk cheerfully provided a clip for us to use. We would stay again if in this area.

My husband stayed at this location and had planned to use this location for about 1 year while working in that area. The hotel charged him $75.00 for a blanket that he did not take and did not see in the room. Jordan, the manager, was rude and dismissive and would not provide a direct contact for the independent owner of this Wyndham franchise. They lost 1 year of business for a cheap blanket that was not present in the room. IF you choose to stay here - have the front desk go with you to the room, verify the contents and have them sign off that those items are indeed present. It is a money making scheme or housekeeping just didn't make the bed right. Either way - we will reach out to the corporate franchise - independently owned or not, the place is still carrying the franchise n

Positive: Front desk clerk Negative: Should be demolished. Horrible shape. Horrible bed. Horrible bathroom with a shamefully stained shower curtain etc. won’t choose this hotel again
