Hampton Inn Bridgeport/Clarksburg

The hotel was nice and pleasant. My family and I enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. When our car wouldn't start their were staff members willing to lend a helping hand. I forget their names, but overall very worthy of praise. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. Gave me a great impression of West Virginia. Thank you so much for helping us.

The review of the hotel itself Hotel is fine however, my boyfriend, legally smokes marijuana and went outside to smoke we were there overnight and he had gone out between 2 to 3 times for our entire stay that we were there and we checked out at the front desk. There was no issue when we are on our way home and my credit card was charged a $250 fee for smoking in the room when I called and talked to the woman at the front desk. I was told that there was multiple complaints. However nobody had came to our room to say anything to us however we did not smoke in the room but because of the room had an odor they said we were going to be charged for it was not nice and we have never had a problem anywhere else. If she had looked at the camera, she would see that he went outside every time nobody

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We had a blast. The staff, front desk, Roxie, Trena and Katie. They are the front desk team I had the great pleasure in meeting. Housekeeping, another great pleasure in meeting. There was Amanda, Margarette, Ellamay, and Tyrell. There were more but I can’t think of them all, but all of them were fantastic. Breakfast person, Kristie. She is adorable. Great smile and kind eyes. She’s very efficient. The maintenance staff very friendly all meticulous in their work and service, as is all the staff I met. They all seem so happy and they have so much fun while providing their guests with excellent service. I happened to meet the manager, Christina Jenkins. She’s so little and cute lol. I was a guest there not long ago, maybe 2 weeks. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I stay in a lot of hotels, mostly Hampton. The front desk is fantastic. I met Roxie, Trena, Andrew and Katie at the front desk. Hampton is darn lucky to have these 4 people. They all make their guests feel like family and close friends. That Roxie, what a sense of humor. She cracked me up 🤣🤣🤣. She’s all the time smiling and laughing. Well, not just Roxie, but the whole front desk and entire staff. Front desk staff have great personalities and are the best staff I’ve ever encountered in a Hampton. It’s a very clean hotel too. The housekeeping staff, top notch. They work their behinds off. They too, are very friendly and funny. Maintenance guys are great. Very helpful with no attitude li
