Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bridgeport - Clarksburg by IHG

Stayed with two 6 year olds and the whole family loved it! Great breakfast with very friendly staff. They even gave me two free tooth brushes because we forgot some. The pool and hot tub was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a luxury/romantic hotel this is not it. But it is a fantastic family friendly hotel.

We had a pleasant stay. From the friendliness of the check in staff to the quality of the daily breakfast. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Appreciated the closeness to the hospital across the street. Would definitely stay again if the need presented. One of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at. A little pricier than others.

We always choose Holiday Inn for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms but this trip left a bit to be desired. We were on the ground floor and could hear kids in the room above us after 9:00 pm, management called up and it stopped. The walls seem paper thin, if someone was on the shower, you could not hear the tv. The air conditioning unit was loud and woke us each time it went on. The bathroom was clean, except for a moldy shower corner but the curtain was full of holes and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Considering the price point ( and the competition) surrounding this hotel, I would expect more. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of travel but expect to use it later if you don’t want to swim with kids. The ladies in the breakfast room were very sweet and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here due to him having surgery at the hospital across the street. As a winter storm was approaching we had to arrive a few days early. The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay consisted of 10 nights there. Due to the weather everything was closed, but our stay at this hotel kept us active enough with their 24 hour fitness room and the pool and hot tub. Gabriel, Paul, Kaitlyn at the front desk were exceptional as was the housekeeping staff, one being Kelly. Thank you for taking such good care of us during this difficult time in our lives. We appreciate the hospitality.

The rooms are amazing and everyone was really nice. The location it is really close to everything and we had a lot of fun the price is a little more then the surrounding hotels but definitely worth the price batter quality rooms peace four at night and there was always some one if we needed them and the staff it made it feel very welcoming I i highly recommend that you go staying here and we'll be my first choice. When I am in the area I travel for work and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
