Super 8 by Wyndham Bedford DFW Airport West

I returned to Super 8 Bedford unexpectedly in a matter of days, and the customer service remained top notch. Henna at reception was courteous, pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Then the General Manager Ap topped it off by kindly facilitating a request I made. He did it without hesitation. I couldn’t ask for more. Staying at this hotel is a must if you are visiting Dallas. Thank you Ap and Henna!

Clean, comfortable, safe, great folks operating this place. Someone cares about this hotel. Great price, great room, great all the way around. We appreciate you, PLEASE keep doing what you are doing. FRAUD WARNING! Airline meal vouchers.||Letting everyone know here and how it works. If anyone has time and resources to put towards suing, that'd be awesome. ||Fact 1: this place gathers a lot of people that have flight delays and get free hotel rooms from the airport along with meal vouchers.||Fact 2: the meal voucher provided by the airlines (American airlines in my case) is a digital Mastercard and can be used outside the airport or within - anywhere that accepts Mastercard. ||Fact 3: the airport staff know this and inform you that in order to receive their "free continental breakfast" you have to provide your meal voucher.||Fact 4: American airlines told me that my hotel voucher includes the hotel stay with breakfast, and that the meal voucher is for my own personal use.||Fact 5: I am

Positive: Clean and functional room. Negative: They advertise about having a free shuttle. When asked the front desk about it, they knew nothing. When I asked the "manager" ,he tells me there is only 1 shuttle @5a and @6a. What about throughout the rest of the day for people who have flights?

Received a voucher from American Airlines after my flight delayed. 9 min drive from the airport. This hotel is BUSY, one of the few hotels that take AA vouchers. That being said, rooms are clean and have the necessities (TV and microwave) you really can’t complain for an overnight stay… just need a warm comfortable bed and bathroom. Service is great, the employees are so nice! Tips: Once you receive your hotel and meal voucher, call the hotel ASAP to arrange and schedule the shuttle so you don’t have to uber or Lyft. Because they do NOT shuttle 24/7. DO NOT use your meal voucher at this hotel. When you check in they will ask if you want breakfast. It is NOT free. They WILL ask to scan the code you received for your voucher. My voucher was like $12 (silly naive me is crying 😭) The break
