Bestway Inn

This hotel needs better service especially the front desk lady the owner daughter that runs the front desk is not very kind. They need improvement beginning with the front desk to cleaning.... They are highly priced but not worth no more than $ 45- $50 . They have roaches and bed bugs if you want a clean room you have to be white to stay in the first few rooms near the office those rooms are your best bet. BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE ALWAYS INSPECT prior to off loading. I suggest they need to change the staff back to the owners at the front desk not the kids who already don't want to be there!!

Accidentally booked for the wrong date online & these people wouldn't allow us to stay on the date that we wanted, nor would they give us a refund. We came back on the date that we accidentally for only because we weren't going to just throw our money away. We then were told about a $100 deposit. We didn't have it. If we did, we wouldn't have been staying there! After arguing back & forth about this, the rude woman finally just put my credit card number on file. The room was just OK. The shower curtain was pretty gross and the bed very uncomfortable. The following morning at 10:20, some random man knocks once and then enters our room. Totally not ok! We were having sex! He quickly exited, I got dressed and stepped outside to see who the hell he was & why the hell he came in our room.

Positive: The toilet would not work and then the guy came in and started talking about can?t have a service animal in the room. Then everything in the room toilet water on it when the guy came in to fix the toilet. Negative: Everything

Room was clean and a fairly good size. The only negative thing I can think of were the pillows. The pillows are extremely thin. You need to double them if you want to realize there is one! They do not serve breakfast either. I would stay here again.

Got in super late. Able to rent a room for me and 2 children. The room was perfect for the night. Beds and room was crispy clean. Fridge microwave arms cable TV. Lady at the office was kind and helpful. I reserved a king bed room, but upon seeing the kids upgraded us to 2 bed option. I would definitely recommend a stay at this location. Thank you!
