Super 8 by Wyndham Bath Hammondsport Area

They took me in right away when I got caught in a snowstorm and couldn't continue on driving, especially when I was sleep deprived. Extremely friendly, accommodating, and caring! Very pet friendly, they had no issues with my cat being with me! Extra charge for having my cat was very reasonable, only $30. Room was very clean and comfortable, Boots and I both enjoyed it very much! Thanks again for everything!

This is not a safe option for solo female travelor. Substandard room for money. Vagrants smoking drugs lingering outside exit and entrance rooms. Ownership has changed and definitely not for the better. Feel I am due a refund for this stay. I couldn't wait to get out of the place.

I had an emergency at my home and I came to the Super 8 in Bath, NY for a period of around 10 days. I was immediately greeted and treated like family when I arrived. The management asked me if I needed anything at all including something to eat. I ended up spending my birthday there and the management surprised me with some delicious birthday treats and again asked me if I needed anything including something to eat. The room is immaculate. There is a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker with regular as well as decaf and I've fallen asleep watching my choice of pretty much any movie or show I could imagine or just in silence with the screen saver on the giant flat screen television. The motel is located right uptown and within a mile there are many restaurants to choose from. Downtown

There was what seemed like a homeless camp out back the whole evening, then other people who did not appear to be guests lingering outside late in the evening. The lobby was uninviting. The woman who checked in before us complained of ash covering her room. All things added together to make the experience unsavory and sketchy. The beds were comfortable, but I would not stay here again.

Great customer service!!! Friendly and kind people. Nice, clean rooms. I recommend this hotel to anyone. We were travelling from Niagara Falls back to Virginia with 2 small kids, and we were all very comfortable. Management is customer-focused and I think that is refreshing. The hotel is less than 2 mins once you exit off 390, and food is just across the street if you feel like walking. Very convenient and quick getting back on the freeway. I highly recommend this hotel! It was a great experience for us.
