Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bath

While not the newest hotel, the cleanliness and friendliess make up for it. While struggling to find accommodation in a blizzard, this Microtel was the only option. I'm usually a Hilton patron, but this was quite a surprise. The bathroom showed some wear but was spotlessly clean. The towels weren't the newest but again, they were clean as were the sheets. The bed room was very clean and smelled nice. The carpet was newer. Overall, clean and safe. Staff was very accommodating and friendly (even at midnight). If new and sparkly is a requirement for you, this isn't it. If clean, warm, and safe then this is it. I'd stay again. And the breakfast bar was a nice surprise. For the money it's a great value.

Positive: The staff was what made it a positive experience! each person working here was professional , courteous and knowledgeable. Negative: There was a roach-like insect in the bathtub that really grossed me out

I've stayed at this place many times over the years visiting family in Bath, and always had a good experience. This trip though they went above an beyond. I lost my wallet and the entire staff was amazing. They let me back in the room to look and and helped me look. They literally took every piece of laundry out one by one and when through the trash to help me look for. I am so grateful for all their help and positive attitude of support. Amazing staff. Thank you.

Booked our room through a service and it made an error in booking. I contacted the manager at Microtel and he was able to address the issue while we were still on the road. When we arrived everything was set and perfect for a relaxing stay over. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

We stayed for the holiday weekend visiting family and friends. The hotel was a short drive away from our friends. Appearance of the hotel is nice / clean. They have ice machines . Also a fitness center . The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a suite. It had a single serve coffee maker ,mini fridge, microwave and small sink and counter with stools . Small sofa and flat screen tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served a hot or cold breakfast in the mornings with a decent variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was great . The hotel was very nice in appearance inside and outside.
