Customer Reviews
Knowing it is a budget hotel, and old as named, it looks decent, clean beds, toilet. If expectations match price we pay, this is just good enough to stay a night or two. Walkable to restaurants. Run by John, an old good man, so keep limited expectations.
I made a reservation well in advance, spoke to Mrs Gravel voice on the phone. Upon arrival was told she "whoever that was" gave my room away. The only available room was $30 more! In the morning owner offered me a cup of coffee, then charged me for it. Room was ok I guess but place is run like one big "House Of Scam"!|You have been warned!
A Nostalgic Gem in the Heart of Bath If you are seeking a stay that is rich in historic charm and community spirit, the Old National Hotel in Bath, NY, is a delightful option (fast drive to Keuka lake). Housed within one of Bath’s classic century‑old buildings (part of the Liberty Street Historic District dating back to the mid‑1800s) the hotel beautifully preserves its original architecture and design. The welcoming façade, vintage woodwork, and old‑style elevator evoke the quaint elegance of a bygone era. Inside, the rooms are intentionally simple. Clean, modest quarters with essential furnishings: a seating area, desk, and air conditioning. The charm lies in their honest straightforwardness. The mattresses are comfortably firm, overall the rooms are clean and decent, with a lot of char
Take a step back in time at this historic hotel in downtown Bath, NY. It overlooks the town square that holds seasonal outdoor markets and is adjacent to the historic county courthouse. Close drive to Bath National cemetery at the VA Center and to mossy bank. The rooms are definitely affordable for all. They are clean, but as this a historic building, you will notice some wear and tear. If you appreciate a vintage experience this is the place to stay! The owners are the cutest old couple and the maid/night manger was very helpful after we figured out the online booking thing.
this is the worst hotel I seen in my life, dirty carpet, dirty beds, dirty towels, very old. The door doesn’t lock. I just stay here for five hours and all my body started itching.
