Super 8 by Wyndham Bastrop TX

Gina is amazing!! When I booked my stay here, I was double charged and had absolutely no idea why. I called Wyndham, I called the front desk, no one could give me an answer as to where my money went! No one had a single record of my card or my transaction at all. Gina, however, made it her mission to solve the problem for me. I was left in the dark for 2 hours by customer support, but Gina never gave up looking into the matter until she was finally able to refund me herself. I am so grateful there was someone willing to go the extra mile, as anyone else might've overlooked the problem and given up the second it was somewhat difficult. Thank you Gina!!!!

Positive: The lady that assisted us was very pleasant. Negative: I was told there was inside pool and jacuzzi it wasn't. If this is what I get for $--- I will pay more next time. The best part of this was the location was very near I needed to be. Facility very old.

ZERO STARS, I was in town for wedding and at the last minute, had a change of plans and needed a hotel. This was the only property with a double in town available. All I wanted was a clean room in which to get ready for the wedding and a place to crash to as not to have to drive back to Cedar Park after dancing all night. Absolute Fail! Not a clean room by anyone's standards. It smelled like pot. The floor was filthy, after my shower, I just walked across the floors and my feet were grey/brown! ICK. I could not believe the dilapidated state of the bed linens. I got ready as quickly as possible and had a great time at the wedding. I walked back into that hideous room and it took about 2 seconds to decide to pack our things and drive back to Cedar Park rather than have to get into

First off I understand that hotels charge extra when there’s a lot of activities in the area. I understand that completely. However, there is no way that this hotel is worth $1114 for four nights. The breakfast they offer is the choice of two different dry cereals the choice between two different apples. There were three slices of bread., in this case, he did ask if I wanted more bread after I had two slices I said no I didn’t need any more but someone else might, but then he just shut the drawing and didn’t bother to fill it.
