Hampton Inn & Suites Bastrop

Had some friends (2 adults, 2 children under 3) come into town the weekend of valentine's day. They booked a room at the Hampton. The room was spacious and we were able to comfortably visit inside. They really enjoyed the breakfast ths next morning, and we all spent some time together at the indoor pool/hot tub. A great experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the bastrop area.

March 7-9, 2025|Staying here with guests for a wedding. ||Most notable : |Susan in the Breakfast Area. |Susan is an amazing employee. Engaging, friendly, and very hard working. |After breakfast area closed, I was visiting with family and observed Susan performing what I’d call a DEEP CLEANING. She wiped down every table, wiped down the sofas. Then she vacuumed the floor as well as all the cracks in ALL the sofas. We left as she was mopping the floor. Her thorough attention to details was impressive to say the least. |—-Oh, and the breakfast was very nice - highlights, 2 different waffle choices - Cinnamon/ and the standard Malt waffles. Eggs were not runny, Bacon was crisp and delicious. Overall, a good quality breakfast!!|Accommodations :|Room was clean, neat, and comfortable. |Front

Positive: "" Negative: No refrigerator or microwave in room, room with pool too hot to sit in, getting past McDonald's was bad.

I definitely recommend staying here. The staff from the moment you check in. The rooms are VERY clean. I cannot forget the sweet lady that prepares the breakfast. She has the sweetest friendliest vibe. Thank you to everyone who made my stay Jan 2, 2026 so great I will be staying here again. 🤍🤍

Norma is a rock star. We were originally booked the weekend of January 25th, but with much of the State experiencing an ice storm, we needed to postpone. I had selected the semi-flexible option, and was past the itinerary modification date when the forecast turned so bad. I called the hotel first to see if we could postpone for a week. Because of the booking type, the front desk wasn't able to modify the reservation. Norma suggested I call the customer service line at Hilton. (they were completely unhelpful and basically said, "too bad".) Shortly after getting off the phone with the customer service line, Norma called me back and had a solution.
