Disclaimer: If it wasn't for my last experience here I would give them 3-stars. I come to this location often. Im a general contractor and platinum member. I typically always see the young man with glasses at the counter every time. At my previous stay to my last stay was a week before in room #115. I left my black Ray Ban Meta glasses in my room after I checked out at 8am. I called the front desk before 11am and told them I left them. He said house keepers will find them and return to the office call back tomorrow. I called back the next day he said he didn't find them. I called them the next day and same guy said they didn't find them. Counting it as a loss and bought a new pair of glasses. I returned to this property the following Thursday to book a room. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to answer questions with a smile.||Room Quality: My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided (Wi-Fi, toiletries, and TV) made the stay convenient and enjoyable.||Facilities: The property was quiet and felt safe. Parking was easy, and the common areas were tidy and well-kept.||Dining: While the hotel offers a simple breakfast, it was fresh and satisfying—perfect for starting the day.||Location: Conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to get around Baltimore and explore nearby attractions.

I was definitely impressed that this motel was very nice and clean. I usually don’t stay at motels but this was a last minute stay and was very pleased with everything most of it all the cleanest. I’ll definitely stay here again. I did realize their are families that live here which they give you no issues grateful for this motel

If I could give this motel zero stars I would! I was a victim of dv and burglary and was directed my authorities to come here just for front desk to treat me horrible . My id was stolen and he asked for a police report I showed him a police report and he said it wasn’t sufficient bc he needs a full report the shows items stolen laughing and chucking as if he got a thrill to turn me away as a customer! All while trying to sooth my disable child after having the worst day of my life ! I would’ve appreciated him being blunt off rip instead of making me and my situation a joke! I didn’t get loud I didn’t get angry and obnoxious I simply left in tears but I will be reaching out to corporate with the name and location and also sharing my treatment! lol shame on you

The room is very comfy with all the necessary things I need available. The staff I met was very kind and supportive.
