Super 8 by Wyndham Aurora East

This place is horrible. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I rented a room at 1:40 am coming in from Illinois. I was tired and needed a motel that was pet friendly. I was with my fiancé. When it came time to check out. My fiancé and I walked past the front desk. The attendant call my room and told me the lady with me needs to have a id. I told them I was checking out. So it was no need to add her. These people came bangin on my door. Trying to escort me out. I was literally walking out my room. The manager cussed my girl out, told her she don’t like her kind. I told the manager, she was wrong and being rude for no reason. We left, the next day this hotel charges my card 250.00. Now I’m in the process of suing Wyndham

Positive: Desk clerk was the only redeeming factor. Negative: Swimming pool was closed and had been for some time. No continental breakfast. No elevator. No AC in room, no luggage trolley, had to move rooms after being checked in and unloading. Manager, so terrible that I called corporate.

Motel is being renovated, should be made aware of this when booking.  Made a 4 week reservation (pre paid) only to be told upon arrival that they only allow a three week stay and had to wait 2 hours for trip. Com and motel to work out refund for one week.  I then had to call 3 hours later to find out where we stood because the motel would not check me in.  Neither trip.com or the motel would make any exceptions.  I had to pay for a one night stay so I would be able to check in while they worked it out, the motel did in fact refund the one night the next day.  No microwave or fridge available for a three week stay.  Only one staff member was friendly and accommodating.  Lots of rif-raf coming in and out of the lobby, lots of noise.  I realize this is not a high end motel but still should be

I had the worst experience ever. My husband and I get a room for the handicap when we opened the door and in the room it was still a mess, mop broom, dirty towels on the floor, trash can full of trash it was not ours, the staff is rude. All in all I would not recommend this place. I kind of wish we would have gotten a cockroach infested place on Colfax. Anything would be better than this!!!! We arrived 2/6/26 We left 2/7/26 We will never stay in another super 8 by Wyndham because they suck!!!!

Pheeb and Hector both exemplify professionalism and strong hospitality skills. General Manager, Pheeb was very respectful, helpful, and supportive during my stay. Maintenance Hector was also reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.
