Wow, what a LOVELY experience!! The hotel and views speak for themselves. This is a must see, must experience destination. Everything you could possibly need is on site. My husband and I never even left the property for 4 days. The restaurants are wonderful, there is something for everyone. There are many different restaurants throughout the property. The hospitality is truly one of the finest we've experienced. The manager for the restaurants and the central bar was superb. He was on site what seemed to be 24/7. He was very, very personable and I'm so ashamed that I do not have his name because he is top-notch and we are certain that this place delivers such quality because of his hands on management. I believe he was originally from Austin Texas. Thank you for your genuine kindness to n

My husband and I stayed at the Gaylord for a conference and were very underwhelmed with our experience. To start, mobile check-in did not work. We were also supposed to receive a tax-exempt rate due to the type of conference we were attending, but the manager who was supposed to assist us completely stopped responding to my husband, which was extremely frustrating. Everything at this resort is extremely overpriced. An Old Fashioned made with the cheapest rye was $24. The food throughout the property was nothing special and certainly not worth the prices charged. We’ve had better meals for half the cost off-site, along with significantly better service from waitstaff. This resort is overly hyped for no real reason. We have had far better experiences at lower-end hotels that provided bette

Great room. Nice people watching. Clean and new facilities. A large convenience store place named Marketplace was a huge plus, you can get coffee and many kinds of food. | There are 6 restaurants that ring the central bar, 2 were pretty bad experiences. The organic one gave us our money back on a skirt steak meal, if they knew it was crummy why serve it? A pizza wasn’t bad. Oh, they sent my salmon burger to the wrong table, it took forever and the server never checked on our drinks, needs. Then the Colorado restaurant served me a grilled sandwich that had been grilled in oil that was almost rancid, it was old. | Then six of us ate in the 2 story, huge sports bar. The food was good, all 6 options. Not great mac and cheese, but okay chicken on there as an option. Large pl

Wonderful resort with fun holiday activities for the family. The pool and water park are excellent. 4 stars because the parking situation is a mess. Parking is $33 a night and less hourly otherwise, if coming just for events. You must have your room key to get in and out of self parking and not have to pay additional fee. There is valet which is additional charge of course. Other than the parking situation this is a great resort. You must remember it is a luxury resort with prices and situations like a resorts (think Disney). Food and restaurants are more expensive than outside the resort and it can be crowded. Recommend reservations for dinner at most restaurants. The sports bar has the most extensive menu but they don’t take reservations that we could see. The Copper Table was more fine

Positive: The water park/lazy river was by far the best part, but way too many people in the hot tubs Negative: The king room we stayed in was small & not impressive for nearly $---, after taxes and hotel fees. I?ve stayed in way nicer hotel rooms in a Vegas for half the price. The bathroom cleanliness was also lacking. Already getting grimy around the shower/sinks
