Best Western Plus Gateway Inn & Suites

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Richard each time I stayed here. Richard is kind, patient, and accommodating. During my first stay, there was a sprinkler drip. I was moved without challenge. The hotel breakfast staff is very friendly and greets you each morning. Breakfast is buffet style and has several options ranging from muffins and cereal to bacon and breakfast potatoes. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping comes every other day, with an option to come daily. I usually enjoy my stay here.

In general the place was ok. If you plan on staying there, ask for 2 floor. We stayed there because of a family funeral. One group had stayed there a week before and said it was so nice. As a family we had 4 rooms on 2 nights. Three of us had rooms on 1st floor that were absolutely in bad shape for the price we paid. Furniture was worn, inside blanket was old had torn holes, shower curtain to short so when the water pressure came on it flew out. The shower head was so high. Good for a 6ft or 7ft man. Bed were so high, thought I might need a ladder. TV, Refrigerator, microwave were great. But who puts a coffee pot etc by the TV and no plug? Had to put on table. Plus only one regular coffee 1 decafe and 2 teas. The next morning was service on request only. Th

The room was clean and comfortable, but make sure you ask for a room that is NOT on the hwy side of the hotel, due to the hwy noise at night!

Positive: The room was quaint with warm vibes. The room was able to go very dark. Negative: The toilet did not flush appropriately all the time, the water pressure was very low, the breakfast buffet options were perplexing, I received several bottles of lotion instead of shampoo (bad hair day!), old cookies 2 weeks on the floor, never picked up.

Stayed 3 nights here, and found the room very spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless, and it worked well to have the sink area separate from the shower/toilet for 2 women getting ready every day. Location seemed very safe to us, pretty quiet, and easy to access from the highway. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.
