Great hotel! Brand new! Huge fitness center. Heated indoor pool. Delicious breakfast. Very safe area. Much, much safer than the hotels on Colfax. Watch out for those. Closer to the hospital but you may be admitted if you stay at those hotels.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, lobby is well organized. Gym is one of the best in a hotel I’ve seen. Only rated 4 stars since the location isn’t very walkable, and within a mile in a few directions is littered with homeless and genuinely felt unsafe.

Lifetime Diamond member who has stayed with Hilton in almost all 50 states across the last 20 years. I hate leaving negative reviews (this will be my 3rd in 20 years)…but the service here was subpar. The front desk attendant was not friendly, did not acknowledge Hilton honor status or offer the Honors snack option. We were told Hilton rules we could only get 1 water/snack and not a second bottle…although this is the first time ever in our history of stays this was stated. We got settled into our room about 9pm and were sleeping when the phone rang at 11pm. The front desk woke us up to ask if we had parked in the front of the hotel…I said no. They asked a second time if I drove a certain color/make of car and parked in the front of the hotel…again I replied no. So much for a lovely Hil
