Nice, clean, warm, cozy room. Nothing fancy nor spectacular but everything you need to sleep well and have a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is very quiet accommodating, and relaxing. Just what we needed! The staff is accommodating, kind, and friendly.

If you're looking for a decent overnight stay without any bells and whistles, then this is your place. It is literally a room with a bed or two to sleep on and a warm shower. There are no amenities. All that is included is a bar of soap and towels. If you need anything else you will have to bring it with you. But it is clean and very inexpensive. I've paid for add on charges at hotels for one night that cost more than an overnight stay at the Sunshine Motel. We will definitely be back.

Great little motel, I wasn't expecting much due to the low price. Was I surprised, very clean and comfortable room. There was no shampoo or hair dryer but I had brought my own so no problem. Very quiet, friendly staff and comfy beds. We will be going back when in the area.

The Sunshine Motel is an old fashioned motor court. It is clean, exceedingly well maintained, and inexpensive. It has cable television and WiFi, clean sheets, hot and cold running water, abundant towels, soap, water glasses. That's about it, but then the price is right. It is located in western New York about half a mile off Exit 34 of I-86, the Southern Tier Expressway, on the old highway into Hornell. The location is good for those who are looking for a place to stay in the western Finger Lakes region. It is also good for those who are visiting Alfred University or SUNY Alfred, which are about 15 miles distant. My wife and I stayed there when we came to see my daughter at Alfred University.
