Sunshine Motel

I can’t believe I got something that was legitimately clean for such a cheap price this place is awesome. The bedding is clean the towels are clean the fridge is clean the microwave is clean the carpet is clean there are no holes in the walls or anywhere and the paint looks nice. There’s multiple tables, a nice 4 drawer and 2 large cabinet dresser, and flat screen tvs with a lot of channels. I haven’t seen a single bug for two days, and I even tried looking I can’t find any bugs. The person taking care of this property, I believe her name is Vicky, is great as well. She was very welcoming and accommodating and she made it feel like a home away from home, she’s there to help with whatever you need and she truly does. There was no security deposit before checking in. No unusual or disturbing

The room was spacious and very clean. Decided to spend the night at the last minute. Price was high but only because of a concert on the beach in Atlantic City. This place was still cheaper than everyone else. The only downside was that there was no pool. That would have come in handy being that the weekend was extremely hot and humid. Air conditioner worked great!

I admit, the price is cheap and all but the service is lousy. We don't get any maid service at all. In fact, we haven't had maid service since Vicky and the old owners left and that was months ago. We've been sleeping on the same linen since March and I went to tell Christy about it and she was like " we don't do maid service at all here!" She too is very rude and nasty and don't know how to treat her clientele. Plus, the owners are NEVER around Saturday to Thursday. The only time they are available is Friday because they're looking to get paid. But I feel like they are taking our money and run because we are not getting any service at all for it. It was cheap an they had a room available the night before. The place nice outside but thats about it. IT appeared to be clean enough. However, the bed looks like its been there for a long while. We had to open the windows for an keep the fan on then we left. This helped slightly but still smelled musty. I also called the front desk on my way. Took forever and a day before someone answered. If you absolutely need a place to stay it should do. Needs a thorough cleaning an new beds.

This was such a terrible hotel stay, thank God we were only there for one night. We reserved a non smoking room..when we got there it reeked of smoke and even had two ash trays inside. The rug was filthy, like it had not been vacuumed in a year. There were spider webs and spiders everywhere. The refrigerator did not work. The bottom of the shower curtain had mold on it and a dirty, used wash cloth from the previous occupants was left hanging on top of the shower rod. I'm giving it one star because the price was reasonable. And honestly, you get what you pay for.
