Liberty Inn Atlantic City Absecon/Galloway

Wanted to give at least 2 stars because the owner was nice but this place is very, very low quality. My non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes, cigarette burn on one of the towels, warped bathroom door, and the power outlet next to the bed was broken. But by far the most egregious issue was the door that didn't fit the door frame. In the attached Pic you can see the gap between the door and frame which causes the latch and deadbolt to not insert into the frame to the degree they should. This makes it significantly easier for someone to just kick the door in. The price is the main redeeming factor for this motel.

Liberty Inn is located in a string of motels along the Whitehorse Pike, otherwise known as Route 30. Upon arriving, the motel looked rundown and the foliage and the grass needed trimmed and cut. On a positive note, The room was fairly large. There was extra storage space for your items. Unfortunately, some of the doors on this large "wardrobe" were broken. It was unattractive and non-functional. There was also a pull-out bed for extra guests. But it was tucked away in the corner of the room, and wouldn't fold out all the way. You would have to move the heavy king sized bed over. I suppose everything was just too cluttered. Management should have given us a nicer room. Also, the room could’ve been cleaned throughly. But, maybe I'm thinking of my standards. What I found a bit awkward was the

Absolute false that they refund your money made reservation for wrong day and would not refund my money or give me a room for the date originally requested. Rip off do not go here! Tried calling 5 min after mistake and refused to refund money and charge us for a room we did not stay in! Bad buisness

Anthony was kind and very professional. This motel was a great experience and all common areas were very clean. All staff were kind and attentive. Anthony was even so kind to work with me to send back a left behind item of great value. He made me feel reassured he would take care of it until I could arrange pick up. I would rate the customer service here 20/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most friendliest staff on the entire white Horse and black horse pike. Reasonable rates. Rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. Minutes away from Atlantic City. Best place for a weekend getaway or a family vacation
