Atrium Inn & Suites

This is by far the best. Always great service. Tv cable fridge. Clean bathroom. Love going here every time I’m in town. Everyone that stays here should give this one 5 stars no question. (Tesla)

The customer service and shuttle bus transfer service from and to the airport is horrendous. The bus arrived over an hour late even though we called many times and they kept telling us that the bus had shown up or that it will be coming in 20 minutes-which it never did. Once we got to the hotel, the hotel customer service agent did not even greet us a “good evening” or “How can I help you?” or even looked at us. Another hotel agent, who was pleasant in the beginning, offered to give us 1 room instead of two with 2 King size bed. When we got to the room there were 2 full size bed. So we had to return to customer service. She gave us a suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. I decided to go to AC last minute to see a concert AC with my daughter. All of the hotels on the boardwalk were charging $400+ per night so I looked outside of the area (Hotel is 20 minutes to the boardwalk). However, I know nothing about the surrounding area and was hesitant. The motel's owner was so nice and assured me that the area was safe and that the motel was clean. When we got there she was really nice and offered to let me see the room and decide before giving my credit card. She was friendly, personable, and understanding.||||The room we wound up in was a handicap accessible room because it was the last room available. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a cheerleading competition over this past weekend and were very pleased with our stay. The facilities were immaculate and well maintained. The room and bathroom were very clean and the service was impeccable! Sometimes a lower budget hotel can be a hit or miss, this was definitely a hit! Clean, friendly, and safe! We had everything we needed and staff made sure to welcome any requests or suggestions to make our stay better. I do have to say, I hate to walk into a room and see a comforter on the bed that is not washed in between every stay, it just gives me a sense of yuck! NOT HERE! I walked into our room to fresh sheets and blankets and a very clean bed. It looked clean (believe me, I inspected closely and smelled clean!). The comforter was in the room but neat
