Sept 25th (2025) This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in my entire life…. The room is infested with roaches, and other lil bugs that look or resemble flees…. I arrived with my wife and kids around 12pm and was told we had to come back at 4pm… yet there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. I requested a down stairs room, the front desk manager ( foreigner) claims a computer picks your room location, and you’re unable too. Staff here is very rude, barely knows English, and aren’t around to help you with anything you may need as a blanket, face cloth, towel etc….. Please don’t waste your money here, for the cheap rate. It’s not worth the uncomfortableness…… This place is HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE!!!! This hotel, is old, nasty, and roach infested along with other bugs in the dirty carpet!!!! I’m not even into writing reviews etc….. But I’m so upset that we decided to book this place to stay. This is by far the dirtiest, trifle hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life…. We’ve must have killed no less than 20 roaches here our 1st nite. There still coming out from behind pictures, out the outlets, everywhere….. THIS is DISGUSTING….I have atleast 15 videos showing roaches crawling everywhere on everything! We had to leave all our things in the car to avoid picking up any critters

This is a solo trip and I’m new to the area and I did a search on hotels.com and this was one of the first ones that showed up with a 8.5 review. And for the price I figured I should book it. The price is very reasonable. When I arrived on site the staff was very friendly. I requested a first floor due to a foot injury and they were able to accommodate me. Housekeeping was very friendly when I asked for an extra pillow.. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. It did not have a musty smell. Everything was clean, including the shower. The bed was super comfy. I’m very picky when it comes to hotel, especially when it comes to cleanliness and the surrounding area. This hotel is in a great location. The pricing is very affordable and the staff is great and they make you feel welcomed. Y

Second time staying at this hotel, and the person at check in remembered my husband from our first time over a year ago! Funnily enough we even got the same room. It's relatively quiet, no people yelling or screaming, no loud music. There -is- a helicopter tour nearby but they shut down pretty early, and inside the room you can barely hear them. The beds are a bit firmer than I would ever want, but they're clean, no bugs, no dirt around the room. Each side of the bed has a night stand with drawer and cubby, and a nice working lamp, as well as a large standing lamp in the corner for "whole room" sort of light. The rooms have a...half mini fridge? They almost work too well, too, as they will freeze cans of soda on the little door shelf. The bathroom is a little on the small side, the tub/
