Sunset Palms RV Park

This park is fantastic. The pool is maintained and tested daily. Smoking is prohibited. The "Dog Park " is well maintained. They have maintenance personnel going around and cleaning. The staff are doing a great job. Activities are phenomenal and plenty to choose from.

My wife and I have been spending 5 months in Sunset Palm for the last 3 years, up until January of this year. We have seen the park going down hill the last 2 years, but this year was the end. In January my wife was doing laundry in the on site laundry. The floor had not been washed since we got there in the first week of November. The machines were quite dirty. The manager walked in and my wife asked him about cleaning the place as it was quite dirty, compared to previous years, when it was spotless. He told her that cleaning was done and the machines had to be cleaned by the user. If she had a complaint, "put it in writing", she was told! The cleaning lady's husband walks around the park with a sidearm, sometimes exposed and sometimes not, and in most times seems to be impared!

This is such a great park. Socials at 4pm every day of the week. A real friendly park. The Activities Director teaches Pickleball 101 class every week for beginners. Nice clean park with large spaces. We can use the pool next door so that is a blessing. Come join the fun. Cards, shuffleboard, billiards, and other weekly activities.

Sunset Palm RV Park has been our winter home for the past four years. We love our park family! There are activities for everyone, and you can keep as busy as you want. Like many rv parks, there are sometimes issues, but this is an amazing park! The new park managers have had to address some major issues this year, but have handled them professionally and with the safety of the residents in mind. We enjoy the park’s close proximity to everything and the mountain views. We would highly recommend this park!

All of those should be zero Stars this is the worst Park in the area and I've been to a few please save yourself the time and money and don't go there anywhere but there is better. They have terrible Petty small-minded people working there. I wasn't given a single warning for the very serious offensive smoking in the pool area where exactly no one but me was rather they evicted me. They are so petty they actually called 911 and 3 Yuma sheriff's officers came to respond. Absolutely a terrible place to stay. Again I cannot overemphasize please do yourself a favor and never ever go there! Even their name is misleading there are no palms there only one little one.
