They charge $720.00 a month. The walls, and makeshift bathrooms are FILTHY! There's a couple that work there, Trish and John. EVERYDAY, when I would leave for work in the mornings, around 4, 4:30am, they would be in my room. I set something a certain kind of way and that way I could tell, EVERYTIME, when they were in my room. SEVERAL times when I confronted them about it, they ALWAYS used the excuse they were checking the thermostat, or the exterminator was there. I told them tha that's against the law and it's an invasion on my privacy. They were in my room more than I, and I was the one paying the rent. Came here to have somewhere with ac because the house I stay in doesn't have any found mold on the baseboard and the wall by the door the mini fridge plug has no ground and wasn't even plugged in went to ask for a different room but the old guy barely speaks English and told me to wait until his son gets back the thing is I rode my bike loaded up with clothes and stuff so where am I supposed to go to wait a few hours. The mini fridge wasn't plugged in and when I examined it doesn't have a ground pin so now Im sitting in the room with the door propped open to not be trapped with mold thinking if they don't put me in a different room or refund me I'm going to call the health department
