What a dump. The only thing this place has going for it is the price. The front desk lady is rude rude rude. Screams everything at the customer. Threatened us basically with everything we could do wrong that would irritate her. Called and asked if we could early check in and was cut off screaming we are booked and short staffed. Ok well if you're booked and have to clean rooms why couldn't we get the 1st room you cleaned?! What's that have to do with being booked or short staffed? We'll don't worry they were not booked. The parking lot was absolutely empty. Basically a straight out lie we could see wasn't true. The TV was the size of my phone. The remote didn't work. The bed was lopsided and I rolled down onto my wife all night. Just ick ick ick and bad vibes. I'd stay elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! Terrible hotel. I booked through booking.com, and the hotel called me and said that we couldn't stay there because we would arrive too late, AND they couldn't cancel the room. They said I needed to call booking.com. Booking.com said they would send an email confirming that it is ok to cancel the room, but they can't cancel until they hear from the hotel. But here is the crazy part.... the manager for the hotel is on vacation and will not return until the end of Jan. That is over 15 days during which no one can check the email and approve the cancellation. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone at the hotel should be able to confirm that our room needs to be canceled. THE HOTEL CANCELED ON US. WE DID NOT CANCEL ON THEM. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 15 DAYS TO GET A REFUND.

Positive: The rooms were adorable with matching refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, bedspreads and lamps. There were towels folded into bows on the beds. Negative: I liked everything about it!

This is a solid four-star hotel. The location is fantastic. The price is on point. The rooms are dated and nothing super special or fancy but they are just right. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. There are no bugs. The bath towels are very nice. We've stayed here twice and been pleasantly surprised both times.
