Sunset Inn

Another couple and my wife booked this lovely place close to concert on Friday August 16, 2025. My wife and I usually stay at one of the Marriott Hotels but we were on a budget and just wanted to get away at the Falls !||We arrived early afternoon and was greeted by such a warm, friendly staff. Family operated motel for 27 years !! ||Our room was so clean and we then decided to enjoy the pool for the afternoon before our show.....awesome !! ||It was well lit at night , close to everything, no parking charges and felt very safe !||When checking out the owner greeted us and came to my car to thank me for staying with them !!||We are actually going to rebook for next month.||The only con ....was no ice machine but ice was close. The owner owes me 5 dollars on my next visit lol ( h

Really disappointing. I paid $563 for three days, but none of the promised amenities were available. The WiFi didn't work, there was no pool despite being advertised, which left my children very disappointed. There was no complimentary breakfast, and it's a 1.3 km walk from Clifton Hill. Additionally, there was no room service for the entire stay

Customer service was great. Came here for one night for Nye. Room was clean and as we anticipated. We have stayed at other hotels in Niagara falls and this one was good for the price. We plan to come back in the summer with our kids and will be sure to book here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting from Alberta and, without high expectations, the hotel turned out to be great. The location is perfect — super safe, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walking around. Parking is available in the front and back, which was very convenient. The pool hours (10am–10pm) were great, and my room was clean with plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. The bed sheets were clean, which was awesome, and my queen suite with a salon had a very comfortable bed. The best part was the people — the staff were friendly, and the owner is such a genuine and kind person who treats everyone like family. That hospitality really made my stay special. I’d definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time.

This was a great motel to stay in, close to everything in walking distance , weather sucked but that's okay! It was super clean and the staff were friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us and everything was easy to check in and check out! It was a great time and the lady was super friendly to me! They even allowed us to keep our car there after so we can go to the breakfast buffet !
