This is one of the ski shops and lodge on Mount Bachelor. It's definitely more of a busy cafeteria more than a cozy fireplace type of lodge, but it is well staffed and there's lots of tables and chairs inside for families, and a bar outside in a yurt.
Great mountain and nice people working customer service. Paying $15 for a bowl of chili is ridiculous compared to every other mtn. in the Pacific Northwest.
Went to sunrise lodge at my bachelor for ski lessons. This was my first time skiing ever and they explained things beautifully! Highly recommend taking ski lessons here! I had a blast! And the sunrise lodge serves up some AMAZING smash burgers! Seriously they’re really damn good. I went during the week and it was not crowded. There were people and everyone was wearing masks and keeping distance. I felt safe. I can’t wait to go back and ski some more and gain more experience on the skis!
First time skiing and everyone here was incredibly helpful and nice to have those experience with. I cannot wait to come back and explore the rest of the mountain. There are runs and activities for everyone! I can see why people come from so far to visit Mt Bachelor!
The smaller of the 2 main lodges. Very crowded, especially around lunch time. The ticket people downstairs are helpful.
