Sunrise Inn Bradenton I-75

I was assigned this room, but the moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a rat not a mouse, a rat. It ran across the room and hid under the dresser. I immediately left the door open, walked out, and went straight to the front desk to inform the clerk that I would not be staying in that room. She refunded my security deposit and told me I would need to contact Expedia for the remaining refund. When I contacted Expedia, they reached out to the front desk on my behalf. Unfortunately, the clerk denied the refund, claiming the animal was a gecko. I know the difference between a rat and a gecko. This was absolutely a rat. Minimizing the issue does not change the fact that there was a rodent inside the room. Additionally, directly in front of the room I was assigned, there was a broken-down

This hotel offers tranquility. While it may not boast flashy amenities, its charm lies in its simplicity. The staff's warm hospitality and personalized service make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number. The rooms may not be lavish, but they are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy haven after a long day.

What can I say about this place, hot water is amazing first of all in my opinion. Secound the television show channels were endless. THIRD the microwave cooks at fanatically. FOUTH the people sitting outside drinking and burning heaters are sometimes really friendly....sometimes not then u have to go inside and hope they don't **** your vehicle up. ALL in all was a great experience in life to might with different folks.

People are friendly. Near restaurants. Ice machine broken and they only have 1 for all three buildings.. Rooms are in need of updating, but for the price was fine. You don't get your deposit back until they go and check your room (I paid cash, which is preferred).

Family friendly atmosphere. The rooms are a good size way bigger than other motels. Very friendly staff and owners. I would highly suggest staying here. This is my go to spot for a motel when needing a room. The prices are very good as well. Again they are very good people.
