Customer Reviews
I'd go to River Run it was much better. It was the best customer service you could ask for on vacation. No nonsense, no internet portals, online payment or other things that detract from real customer service like you could get before the internet destroyed hospitality. It is clean and the pool was perfect. Out door shower was warm. Bathroom was clean and nice.. grass was green and the place was a gem the star of Bakersfield. Called 4 other places none of them could even awnser the phone on Friday.
I stayed at Suncrest for a little over a year. Is a smaller RV park which is nice because I think the owner and managers are able to take care of the grounds better than most other parks. The residents of this park treat us like a community. There’s no load obnoxious behavior, which is a real plus when your living so close to your neighbors. If you have a lot of drama in your life and like to be loud, please don’t move here, the residents deserve better. The size of the spaces really spoiled me. I had room to park a crew cab long bed pickup and my car next to me trailer. I had a lot of space behind my trailer to set up an outdoor area. I think every spot has a shed for storage. I hated to love but work forced it.
We moved here almost one year ago. I liked how clean and neat the park was! I loved that there was a book exchange and once I met the other tenants there was a friendly, neighborhood feel. I appreciate the park being run with strict rules that everyone abides by. I really like the security gate for nighttime which gives me a real sense of safety. M Neufeld
In the 26 years that I have been staying at RV parks, this is by far the best. It is extremely well maintained down to every minute detail. It is super clean and very quiet. I especially appreciate the onsite management. Another thing I really enjoy is that through every window that I look out of my RV, I see some form of greenery. It seems as though I live in a park-like neighborhood. The fountain provides a very soothing sound in the morning when I open my windows. Just love that!!! Also, I feel that you get a lot of bang for your buck. The laundry and bathroom/shower facilities are kept very clean, and the shower is absolutely HUGE! If there were a six-star rating, I would give Suncrest Village RV Park six stars!!!
Kudos to the management! This RV Park is kept so clean and well maintained! Residents are all friendly and quiet. Park is in a safe NW neighborhood. Highly recommend!
