With the amount we pay for this timeshare, it comes out to roughly $700 per night for a three bedroom unit, which feels very expensive, especially during the off season. At that price point, I would expect better upkeep and some thoughtful upgrades. For example, there were only six pickleball paddles available for the entire resort. My whole family wanted to play together, but that was not possible. One of the paddles was actually broken and taped together. I’ve been visiting this location for approximately 8 years. I have no regrets in purchasing my timeshare. Heard a lot of negative things about timeshares but it dose work for me. We spend multiple weeks and always have a great time. Everything we need is on property or within a few miles. Rooms are always clean. Spotless amenity’s food has always been fresh and hot.

I have stayed at this resort 3 times in the last 5 years and it is always a lot of fun with many things to do, This year, I brought my 3 grandchildren to experience Disney and it was a wonderful experience! They loved Buchaneer Bay and the heated pool, as well as the talks about the animals and the movie in the theatre. The rooms are spacious and well laid out for a lot of people. Highly reccommend!

I personally rented through Exploria resorts at Summer Bay Orlando. I paid almost $1000. We booked here for all the activities they showed they had for the kids. We took my daughter and 4 grandchildren on vacation. Extremely disappointed in this resort as a whole. Dated rooms, dirty room, slow service if anything is needed such as towels or dish soap. Clubhouse is nice and pool area near it. Asked especially for a pool view and was willing to pay more. We were placed behind the equipment of the pool and that definitely left something to be desired. Our room was very dirty. Could not get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk nor at the brunch at the “premium restaurant” the brunch was $25 and there were eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and waffles along with a few doughnuts. My kids love this resort and now it's the only place they want to stay. They love all the activities provided on the property. The staff is excellent. Steven in particular was a gem during our stay. My kids were sick the first part of our trip in December and he was so kind and patient with all my phone calls to the front. Today I called in question of a future reservation and he was so helpful as always!
