Suites On South Beach

This was a decent base for our stay in Miami. Well-located on Collins Street, just 1 block back from the beach and very noisy nightclubs. We didn’t have any problems with noise which was good. The area is a bit seedy, but not unsafe, and there are plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores around. It is quite an unpretentious and modest building and the rooms were very nice, all modern and well-outfitted. We had a huge TV with hundreds of channels and the Wifi seemed to work fine. We even had a nice little kitchenette with full fridge and microwave. As for negatives, our room felt a bit like a cave. We had one window and that looked straight out onto a stairwell, so we had no light. We had to keep the blinds down for privacy anyway, so the room felt dark and claustrophobic. The AC,

My fiancé and I took a trip to south beach for his bday and stayed for a total of 5 days. Reading some of the reviews I was really hesitant to book but I’m glad I did. We stayed in unit 14. U can tell that the hotel was recently updated/ renovated and they did a great job. William was a phenomenal host. His energy at and helpfulness for check in and check out was beyond amazing. All of the staff up to the cleaning crew was exceptionally pleasant. The area around the hotel is really busy but at night it was quiet and peaceful. There is nothing negative I can actually say about our stay at Suites on South Beach. This will def be a vacation spot for us when we come to Miami.

Wow!! I had never been to Miami and the stay was absolutely perfect. The walk to the beach is minutes away. So much to do, your right in the heart of the action. William was the best at our hotel. So helpful and knowledgable about restaurants and activities around the area. The suites on South Beach is a must stay!!! When you go make sure to ask for William!! He is top notch!!!

I usually stay at chain hotels but figured I would try out a non chain kind of one off place. I was skeptical but I enjoyed it. The front desk people were kind and helpful and the room was huge probably double the size of a normal hotel room and it had a huge TV which was a plus. It also had a full fridge and sink unlike a hotel room. The location is good too near Ocean drive and like a 5 minute walk from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Recommend 10/10!! Best customer service we have ever experienced! Celine and Isreal were both friendly, helpful, and just genuine people. The room was beautiful, equipped with a kitchenette and a huge TV! We would definitely stay again.
