Suburban Studios Watford City

Had one towel for a short two night stay for three people. Extra coffee was great. Room size great. Mattresses worked and I was able to sleep. Place was quiet. Staff were very nice. Was surprised to receive a check out call the day before. Didn’t bother me that there were no night staff at the front desk.

I only stayed a couple days. Staff was kind when I did see them. The front desk usually unattended. The front desk person always on the phone and seemed very frustrated. My room wasn't very clean. The mirror was dirty, the shower wasn't very well cleaned, and my bedding had stains on them. I was concerned about my safety as well. A lot of sketchy people in and out. A lot of noise and it seemed to be yelling or parties.

We moved here from Alaska and are waiting for our house to be built so we came to the Woodspring Suites and so glad we chose it. From the first time walking in the door to every single day; we are greeted with a very warm greeting. It doesn't matter how many times a day we walk through the entry way or walk by an employee, they are all very very welcoming and helpful. I truly feel like they go over and beyond for their guests. A lot of oil field workers stay here and are very pleasant and respectful. We have been here for almost three months and it has always been very clean and well staffed. It has really made our stay exceptionally great. Just to name a few of the hard working super sweet rock stars: Sabrina, Michelle, Thomas, Malachi, and DeAnndra. Perfect for what I needed! Great service and location! Staff was completely helpful and accommodating. It was quiet as well which was helpful as I work nights and sleep days. I will be using this place for all my watford area work stayovers. Room was clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and truly satisfied with the experience from the booking, the check in process and the cleanliness of my room, felt safe and comfortable, slept well and rested for my trip to the National Park and my drive back to Florida afterwards! I was a bit hesitant on what to expect because of the bad reviews but to my surprise everything I read was over stated 🙂‍↔️! I fully recommend this hotel, price is very reasonable and rooms have a full sized refrigerator and counter top burner it also has a coffee ☕️ maker ! IT DOES NOT HAVE POTS OR PANS nor UTENSILS 🍴! Bed 🛌 was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean with big clean towels
