Suburban Studios Macon North

A lot has changed since my last visit a few years ago, for starters the staff now is very hospitable, they are nice and met all of my needs. Nothing is every perfect but if ever I had an issues while staying there it was immediately addressed. The rooms are very spacious, we had 2 a single & a double and honestly the double was large enough to fit our entire family. My only complaint is the internet good gracious it's slow but Ms Carla the manager & Ms Jennifer was such a joy. When we come back to GA we will for certain stay there again.

Jennifer is the worst person you can have working at anyone from desk she was very much rude she told me I was on the do not rent list upon arrival and called me some other person name (MsPitts) and told me she would go ahead and let me stay but I’m still on the do not rent list she was so rude about it never have I had any problems staying here. The next morning she put me and my daughter out in such the most rudest way ever you could be to a person she was is the most nastiness receptionist ever I will be going over her and speaking with cooperate cause you can’t do people this way and think it’s going to be ok. Far as Manager over her they never do anything about her. There is also hotel staff living in Suburban studios so there is never a two bed available this is the most horrible hot

Large room with fridge, stove , microwave, sink. |The bathroom was large and clean. |We were staying just 1 night, so had no issues with the requirement to ask for dishes/etc. |There was coffee in the lobby in the morning. |Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. |Staff were friendly. |Feel it was a good deal at approx $83 incl taxes.

Came into town for my daughter’s wedding and this hotel was on their website. I’m a lifetime platinum rewards member with Marriott, but for the occasion I wanted to be around everyone else, and canceled my reservation. For the price point I have no complaints, only praise. The staff was professional, concise and helpful. The only areas of opportunity were the wet carpet smell in one room, and my son couldn’t get the sofa bed to close in the other one. Besides that we came for a good time and a wedding and that’s what was had. Your establishment was a good stay.

Room was clean, but floors were warped, couldn't find a remote or trash bins. The dresser was falling apart. But the biggest issue was a man walking in at 10am as we were getting dressed to check out.Thankfully I wasn't completely undressed, I was in the bathroom in nothing but a tshirt & panties, so I did feel quite exposed at the time. Thankfully my fiance was standing behind the door & shut it in his face. No knock, no one saying they were from housekeeping, check out wasn't until 11am & this happened at 10am. When we walked out to leave, there wasn't any housekeeping carts around (which makes us assume it was not housekeeping). I have been in many different hotels of all price ranges & worked in one as well & never has this happened!! Now we know to pay the extra $30 to stay at the Mar
