Suburban Studios Buffalo Airport

They are clearly trying to do renovations which is great and the staff was wonderful. I really loved having a kitchen which was a deal breaker for our 5 night stay. We weren't expecting much, honestly. Just needed a place to sleep. There was zero Internet more than half the time because there was no signal. So a boost in Internet would be a GREAT improvement. The shower curtain was disgusting to the point I took it off the rod and put it with the dirty towels. I really hope they took the hint and washed it! Now.....the really gross part. The floors are wood, not carpet. Which would be great .... IF THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED THEM. My feet were BLACK within 1 hour of being there. It was so bad we asked for a Swiffer (which they didn't have) so we asked for extra towels and literally scrubbed th

We were looking for a cheap place to stay to fly out early the next morning. You get what you pay for. When we arrived we had to wait for the only employee there to get back from taking someone to the airport before we could check in. Rooms were awful, mold in shower in bathroom. We were just settled in trying to get to sleep when someone tried to get into our room. The door was opened, but luckily we had the security chain on. Turns out it was the employee?! Something about a room mix-up? Ugh! ||||The only highlight was that we were allowed to park our vehicle for free while we were away on vacation. However, when we returned it took almost an hour to be picked up from the airport to get back to our car (which was literally across the street!!)||||Never again!

we stayed here for a week and loved our room. Room has big and spacious kitchen, and a very large refrigerator, not like tiny ones hotel usually have. Front desk Nikki was great, made our check in fast and easy, she even recommended some good restaurants, and places to visit in the area other than Niagara falls. They offer free coffee 24 hrs, everything was clean and well taken care of. Airport Shuttle was excellent, they picked us up from airport in 5 min of our calling, even dropped us at the car rental place next day.

DONT STAY HERE! Upon check-in, the machine to get the keys was not working and we were told they’d have to bring us to our rooms or we’d have to come back to have keys made. There’s people hanging out in the parking lots as well as the hallways and it just overall didn’t feel safe. The worst part was entering our room and finding roaches. The tub was not usable and there’s obviously black mold growing along the mirror. The bathroom door also doesn’t close or open without a loud noise that sounds like a gun shot. The smoke detector was also disabled. There was also no soap provided for hand hygiene or otherwise.

Whatever the current rate is at, it is too expensive. The rooms are run down, smelly and just overall gross. The door frames are warped leaving gaps in the doorway and you feel like if anyone wanted to get into your room it would be little effort. The bathroom "door" is on sliding rails in what appeared to be a feeble attempt at decor but it was completely loose at the bottom, left a half inch gap along the wall eliminating privacy and not to mention THERES NO HANDLE ON THE INSIDE. During my check in and check out nobody was at the desk as I came to find the one man I saw who worked there is also responsible for the airport shuttle service so if he is called away you're out of luck. The one employees attitude when he finally had a second for the front desk was the only positive aspect of o
