Studio Movie Grill

This is my first time here and I absolutely love it! I got my tickets online, grabbed something to eat & drink, and sat in super comfy seats. But Jenna made my experience especially great!! They gave me drink recommendations, deal recommendations, and overall had a fun & friendly attitude. I'm definitely coming back 🙌🏾

I absolutely enjoy coming here. I don't go anywhere else to watch movies. I love the new chairs, a bit smaller than the old ones but very nice. I wish parents would teach their kids better and teach them to be respectful, not destructive. The bathroom was dirty a little more each and every time I went in there, the amount of toilet paper and toilet covers on the floor was ridiculous. The service was slow, we waited over 30 minutes for two drinks and a large popcorn. Overall, we enjoy this place.

I haven’t been here in a while , new seats ! So that’s awesome . I will say the few times we have gotten anything other than popcorn the food is always either cold or overcooked . It’s really disappointing considering this is the only theatre in Bakersfield that offers food in this manner. Please fix it , it’s not hard to hire someone who can make some simple appetizers . Recently went to go watch then newest Avatar and had a great experience. Good food, good drinks. Great time! New seats that were comfy. Can't wait to go back.

The quality of food has gone down the drain since they have opened. The selection of menu items is not great. They have removed several good menu choices since opening. In fact, they removed my favorite item from the menu. Now, if I go here for movies, I don't order food because there's nothing on the menu I like. The time it takes to get our food is terrible as well. It has consistently taken 45 minutes to an hour. That seems outrageous to me. In fact, there have been times people have ordered dinner after me and gotten their meals first. I don't really have any complaints about the customers service. Employees are friendly and you have to press a button when you need someone, so it's not like they have to check up on you. Although, sometimes it does take awhile for them to respond to the
