Studio Lodge Springdale/Cincinnati

Dec 22,2025 I booked the hotel and was completely disappointed. The room was horrible, bug infested , broken dresser, counter tops,and smelled. The hotel was completely run down. No services were available.. WiFi ,tv, and telephone service was down from the day I was there Dec 22 2025 until after the New Year 2026. The place is not business or personally safe or updated. I was told by management I was receiving a full refund because I received no reservation, service and didn't stay more than 5 minutes. Wendy the manger continues to say they are working on my refund from December 22nd 2025- January 14,2026. I have not received my refund on my account. I will update this post when I receive the full refund. No one is responding to my calls or texts at this point. Every time I go in person

A JOKE!! Read current reviews within the last 2 months to present... all others are irrelevant... Changing the ownership and name should wipe all the old good reviews away.. if that happened, this place would be a one star hotel. ZERO wifi unless you want to hang out by the office because no one knows how to fix the extenders, or pay someone to do it... locked office wifi reaches all the way out to the parking lot (to reach their plate scanner), but walk 20ft away from the office and their open wifi (for guests) completely drops out. Inform them of the issue and you'll be told "it shows it's working" and you'll still be left in the same boat. Ridiculous fees for just about everything. Long term guest. We absolutely love staying here. It's very reasonable in terms of pricing and being pet friendly and kid friendly. I myself have a child and the entire staff is friendly and helpful and are always understanding. If something is wrong you can always go to staff and they will get it taken care of as quickly as possible and never make you feel unwelcome. They do have small rules obviously in place to keep everyone happy and safe. 10/10 definitely recommend whether it's a long term stay or short term. Plus you get a stove and full size fridge with freezer.

Nasty hotel. Walk the building before you rent, SIDE STAIRWAY. Wi fi IS NOT working HE not being truthful. Company downgraded to a cheap version of WI-FI. I looked it up.
